Storage and transportation field
Constrained-type gas collection container (long pipe trailer), station-use bottle-type container (station-use bottle group)
Bundled gas transport container (long tube trailer)
Bundled gas transport containers are currently the most widely used method of storage and transportation in the global gas industry. They are most suitable for gas transportation within a range of 300-450 kilometers. They are mainly used for gas transportation between gas sources and gas (hydrogen) stations. They can be used to transport natural gas, hydrogen, and high-purity electronic specialty gases such as carbon tetrafluoride, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen trifluoride, and silane, mainly serving gas companies and filling stations.
Stationary bottle-type container (station bottle group)
A hydrogen storage container for hydrogen refueling stations composed of seamless large-capacity cylinders. It can be easily combined in different cylinder number ratios to form a cascaded station hydrogen storage system with three pressure levels: "low," "medium," and "high." Under the control of the internal station control panel, it supplies high-pressure hydrogen to the hydrogen dispenser in stages, which can greatly improve the utilization rate of the station hydrogen storage bottle group and reduce the energy consumption of the compressor in the hydrogen refueling station.
Mainly used for gas storage at gas (hydrogen) stations, mostly for fixed storage of natural gas and hydrogen, used for vehicle refueling. The Youqing hydrogen-oil integrated station in Qingyundian Town, Daxing District, Beijing, with a 12-cylinder group, can store approximately 1 ton of hydrogen and serve 50 fuel cell vehicles daily.
