The Cylinders Product Quality Information Disclosure Platform is officially online and running

On July 20, 2021, Shenyang Zhongfu Kejin Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd.'s cylinder quality information disclosure platform went online and officially began implementing the electronic certificate (electronic ID card) disclosure system.
In accordance with the new "Technical Regulations on Cylinder Safety" and the requirements of Article 7.3 of the "Implementation Requirements for the QR Code-Based Cylinder Traceability Information System," which stipulates the construction of a website for public disclosure of qualified cylinder product manufacturing information and a traceability service system, disclosing cylinder data individually and ensuring its authenticity and reliability. Our company has built a QR code-based cylinder quality information traceability platform, establishing a "household registration system" for cylinders, recording the inspection process information of cylinder products, and establishing a cylinder safety management traceability system.
The main functions of the cylinder traceability management system include: publicly disclosing the manufacturing information of qualified cylinder products manufactured and shipped by our company; submitting qualified cylinder product manufacturing data information to the information systems of relevant units; cylinder purchasing units can not only query and download cylinder electronic files through the quality information disclosure platform system, but also scan and bind the QR code of the cylinder to automatically jump to the current use and service website of the cylinder. The "12-digit" unified cylinder number information, manufacturing unit, contact number, unit address, model, specific inspection date, and person in charge are all clear and readily available, truly realizing dynamic tracking of cylinder inspection.
The implementation of the cylinder electronic ID card system and the quality traceability platform is of great significance to our company. It not only effectively prevents the use of counterfeit and substandard cylinders and promotes the whole society to supervise the safe use of cylinders, but also successfully upgrades to an automated production mode seamlessly connecting automatic assembly lines and automatic detection lines, greatly improving the product quality of cylinders.
