On May 5th, Zhang Qingwei, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), led a special equipment safety law enforcement inspection team from the NPC Standing Committee to conduct an inspection at our company. Shen Jinlong, member of the NPC Standing Committee and vice chairman of the NPC Finance and Economics Committee, also participated in the inspection. Hao Peng, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, also participated in this event.
The inspection team listened to a detailed report from our company's general manager, Liu Yangtao, on the implementation of the Special Equipment Safety Law and the company's operating performance in recent years. Zhang Qingwei emphasized the importance of earnestly studying and understanding General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on coordinating development and security, thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and effectively aligning thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments to deepen the effective implementation of the Special Equipment Safety Law. Special equipment is an important infrastructure for economic and social development. It is necessary to strengthen safety supervision in key industries and fields, promote the safe development of special equipment according to law, and safeguard the safety of people's lives and property and the stability of economic and social development. We must improve the efficiency of special equipment safety supervision, accelerate the construction of a strong quality country and a strong manufacturing country, and better promote the implementation of relevant decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee.
